Please download the forms, fill them out, sign them and include a copy of the birth certificate.
Athletes returning from 2010 have their birth certificates on file already.
Birth certificate copies on file with us from last year for athletes who do not register in 2011will be destroyed after the first meet in 2011.
Track shorts and jersey are included.
Well fitting running shoes are recommended, track spikes are optional.
